We apply a 25%
supplement on

Transfers have
to be paid in
advance by
online Payment
(PayPal) or bank
notification.

babies are
counted as
passengers. This
is important
when considering
the size of the
vehicle you wish
to choose.

The baby seat is
not available on
Taxi.

For disabled
transportation,
available only
with MPV minivan
and MPV Plus

strongly advised
to give enough
time for their
journey,
especially
passengers
travelling to
the airport.
Allow an hour to
get to the
airport even
though it only
takes about 40
minutes in
"normal" traffic
conditions.
Foresee that you
have to be at
the airport 2
hours ahead of
your flight.

During Fiumicino
Leonardo Da
Vinci Airport
pickup, the
meeting point
is at the
Meeting Point at
the arrivals
hall of your
Terminal (see
the map sent by
email with our
confirmation of
your booking).

During Ciampino
G.B. Pastine
Airport pickup,
the meeting
point is at the
exit of the
Customs Area.

Flight Arrival
Time is a very
important
reference for
the Meeting
Point in
airports. Your
Pick Up Time is
based on it.

After the flight
has landed, the
driver has
maximum of 1
hour free
waiting time at
the designated
meeting point.
After that the
car availability
will be charged.

A
booking/reservation
can be modified
or cancelled by
email or by
phone, must be
notified to us 2
hours prior to
the pick up time
.

Payment can be
made: direct to
the driver in
cash at the end
of each trip or
on WEB by
PayPal.
If the pickup is
from OUTER
cities
(Florence,
Naples, Sorrento
ect) or from
Cruise Ports
(Civitavecchia,
Anzio, Ostia
Lido) you are
required to pay
a 50%
deposit.
