For bookings sent after 21:00 PM, we cannot insure the car service before 9:00 AM on thesuccessive day.
For a taxi last minutes, please foresee 30 minutes prior pick up time.
Passengers are strongly advised that our Daytime hours are from 6:00 AM to 22:00 PM. W e apply a additional charge (+ 3,00 Euro) on Overnight hours from 22:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
Our service is a private transfer (only for you and your relatives).
All prices are quoted per car, not per person.
The Transfer Instant Quotations serve merely as a guide and will not be binding. The effective price will be notified in our confirmation mail.
A supplement (+10,00 euro) is included for meeting in airports, ports and stations: it includes the first waiting hour, flight monitoring, parking, permits and sign bearing your surname. Car availability is required for the second hour waiting time.
We insure our service all days of the year.
We apply a 25% supplement on the following dates: 24/12 - 25/12 - 31/12 - 1/01 - 6/01 - 15-08 and for Easter. Transfers have to be paid in advance by online Payment (PayPal) or bank notification.
Please note babies are counted as passengers. This is important when considering the size of the vehicle you wish to choose.
The baby seat is not available on Taxi.
For disabled transportation, available only with MPV minivan and MPV Plus van, we need your confirmation 2 days prior to your pick up.
Car availability for each hour: Taxi 30,00 euro , Limousine 35,00 euro , MPV 45 euro , MPV Plus 50 euro , Minibus 70 euro.
Any additional pick up or set down not stipulated in the passengers initial booking will incur a +5,00 euro charge for each additional pickup or set down (central Rome only).
Passengers are strongly advised to give enough time for their journey, especially passengers travelling to the airport. Allow an hour to get to the airport even though it only takes about 40 minutes in "normal" traffic conditions. Foresee that you have to be at the airport 2 hours ahead of your flight.
During Fiumicino Leonardo Da Vinci Airport pickup, the meeting point is at the Meeting Point at the arrivals hall of your Terminal (see the map sent by email with our confirmation of your booking).
During Ciampino G.B. Pastine Airport pickup, the meeting point is at the exit of the Customs Area.
Flight Arrival Time is a very important reference for the Meeting Point in airports. Your Pick Up Time is based on it.
After the flight has landed, the driver has maximum of 1 hour free waiting time at the designated meeting point. After that the car availability will be charged.
A booking/reservation can be modified or cancelled by email or by phone, must be notified to us 2 hours prior to the pick up time .
Payment can be made: direct to the driver in cash at the end of each trip or on WEB by PayPal. If the pickup is from OUTER cities (Florence, Naples, Sorrento ect) or from Cruise Ports (Civitavecchia, Anzio, Ostia Lido) you are required to pay a 50% deposit.
